Tentaquil emerged from the (Pokémon) and (Team Rocket) sections of 4chan, gaining notoriety for its chaotic nature. With a bizarre moveset and legendary thread-jacking abilities, it became an underground phenomenon. Sometime later a rugger thought he could disrespect Tentaquil like that, so the durags stepped in to put this meme where it belongs—on top.
